This suite is designed to give your guests a first glimpse of your celebration, setting the tone early with a romantic and distinctive look.

Ideal for sharing your date in advance, while beginning to build a cohesive visual story from the very start.

For printed stationery:

*A6 Card (105 × 148 mm), one side printed, on smooth, fine art 310g paper.

*C6 Outer Envelope (114 × 162 mm) in the color of your choice. Includes both Guest and Return Addressing printed for you.


For Print-Ready files:
files include the required 3 mm bleed for professional printing. All files are provided as CMYK PDFs. If you need alternate print-ready specifications, please reach out after placing your order. 

Expert Guidance & Proofs: I’ll help you with wording and etiquette. Once you add the product to your cart, you’ll be directed to a form to collect your wording. There, I include a special guide to help you define the most suitable wording based on your type of celebration.

Two rounds of revisions are included: Kindly gather all feedback from key decision-makers before sending your revision form.

Personalize

For Semi-Custom Wedding Stationery, you can personalize:

*Names, date, venue/location & full wording

*Typography & envelope colors within the suite palette

*Adds-on to upgrade your suite and make it truly yours

Please note that the core artwork remains unchanged. If you wish to modify any elements, your request will be considered a Bespoke service and will be charged accordingly.

How it works

  1. Select your printing option: choose between print-ready digital files to print on your own, or studio printing services by selecting the quantity of printed pieces you need. (Tip: on save the dates and invitation suites, quantities should be calculated per household, not per guest!)

  2. Submit your details: after adding your selections to the cart, you’ll be prompted to complete a form with all of your wedding details.

  3. Proofing and adjustments:Within 4–7 days of purchase, you’ll receive a digital proof for review. Submit your feedback, this product includes two rounds of revision. Once approved, any extra adjustments will be charged separately (20 EUR).

  4. Upgrade your suite: refine the details and make it feel more personal to you. From finishing touches to meaningful extras, each addition helps you make it truly yours and elevate the overall experience.

    Explore the Add-Ons section to discover all available enhancements for your suite — each one designed to add depth, intention, and cohesion across every piece.

    Add-Ons are optional, but highly recommended if you want to tell your own story with more detail and meaning.

  5. Production & Timeline: Once approved via email, print-ready files will be delivered promptly, including a handy-printing guide. Printed stationery will move into production and ship within 2–3 weeks

  • As a general guideline, Save the Dates are typically sent about 6 months in advance, followed by Invitations around 3 months before the wedding date (or earlier for destination celebrations).

    Once approved, your digital files will be delivered within 1 week. Printed stationery will enter production and be shipped within 3-6 weeks.
