Each order is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives safely and in beautiful condition. Once your order has been shipped, the responsibility of delivery is transferred to the courier service.

By placing an order, you agree to the following:

1. Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed with care and shipped as soon as they are ready. As many pieces are made-to-order, processing times may vary depending on the product and project.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.

2. Shipping & Delivery Times

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the courier service.

While I do my best to ensure timely delivery, I cannot guarantee delivery dates once the package is in transit.

3. Responsibility During Transit

I take great care in packaging each order to protect it during shipping. However, once the package has been handed over to the courier, I am not responsible for delays, loss, or damage that may occur during transit.

4. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, I recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number to file a claim.

In some cases, the carrier may require documentation or photographic evidence to process the claim.

If your order arrives damaged, feel free to reach out — I’ll always do my best to guide you through the next steps.

5. Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout.

I am not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to incorrect address information, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

6. Shipping Costs & Duties

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.

I offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times and available shipping options may vary depending on your location.
