This is where the foundation of your custom stationery is set.
You’ll begin by sharing inspiration through a guided questionnaire, along with any visual references or meaningful details that help tell your story.
We’ll then meet for a one-hour creative call — a space to explore your vision in depth, from color and atmosphere to imagery, tone, and overall style.
Concept & Illustration
From your vision, a curated creative direction is developed.
You’ll receive a refined concept dossier including a mood board, sketches, and a considered color palette. At this stage, we define only what is truly needed for your celebration. Each element is thoughtfully chosen based on your format, setting, and guest experience — ensuring nothing feels excessive or out of place.
Once the essential pieces are established and approved, we move into refinement and production.
Final Refinements
From here, the creative expression begins to expand. Your story is translated into hand-crafted illustration — refined with care, until every detail feels just right.
Beyond traditional stationery, this is also where we can explore more tactile and experimental forms of design. If desired, elements such as embroidered details, handcrafted objects, beaded florals, or mixed-media day-of pieces can be introduced — always in service of your story.
