Semi-custom design process:
Semi-custom collections are thoughtfully pre-designed suites that are personalized with your wording, details, and selected options.
While the foundation of the design remains part of the Laurel collection, each order is individually tailored to reflect your celebration through customization choices and add-ons.
Booking & payment
Full payment is required at the time of ordering. Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with:
The details of the purchase
An estimated production and delivery timeframe

Personalization & client content
You are responsible for providing all required information for your suite (names, dates, wording, addresses, and any other requested details).
All text must be carefully reviewed before final approval, as Laurel Creative Studio is not responsible for errors once files have been approved.
Design & revisions
Each semi-custom order includes TWO revision rounds as specified in your product description.
To ensure a smooth and efficient workflow, all feedback must be submitted in one consolidated message per revision round.
Additional changes beyond the included revisions may be subject to extra fees.
Add-ons & upgrades
Add-ons are optional enhancements designed to elevate your suite and create a more personalised result.
These must be confirmed before final approval, and may extend production timelines depending on complexity.
Color, printing & production
Minor variations in color, texture, and print output may occur due to differences between screens and physical materials.
Laurel Studio is not responsible for printing issues, postal handling, or third-party vendor errors.
Cancellations & refunds
Due to the personalised nature of semi-custom design, orders cannot be canceled or returned once production has begun.
If a cancellation request is made before production starts, Laurel Creative Studio may issue a partial refund based on work completed; however, digital design work already completed is non-refundable.
No refunds are issued after final files have been delivered or approved.
Intellectual property
All semi-custom designs remain the intellectual property of Laurel.
Clients receive a personal-use license for their wedding or event only. Designs may not be copied, resold, or used for commercial purposes. Clients must credit Laurel Creative Studio when sharing work publicly.
Laurel Creative Studio reserves the right to display completed work in portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
