How it works

  1. Select your printing option: choose between print-ready digital liners to print on your own, or studio printing services by selecting the quantity of printed pieces you need.

  2. Proofing and adjustments: If you choose to print on your own, your liner file will be delivered as a print-ready PDF within 2-3 business days via email.

    If you’ve ordered made-to-order envelopes with liner mounting and addressing services, we’ll be in touch shortly after your purchase to kindly request your address list (if applicable). Once received, a digital proof will be shared with you for approval within 7–10 days.

  3. Production & Timeline: Unaddressed envelopes will move smoothly into production and are typically ready to ship within 1–2 weeks.

    Addressed, lined envelopes will move into production after your proof is approved and will ship within 2–3 weeks.

    Hand-Lettering addressed, lined envelopes will move into production after your proof is approved and will ship within 4-5 weeks.

  • Your Save The Date suite is thoughtfully crafted to ensure a seamless, guided and beautifully cohesive design experience.

    Each order includes:

    • One-sided printed Save The Date cards, professionally designed and production-ready

    • Outer envelopes, fully addressed (recipient and return address included for a refined, complete finish)

    • Expert design guidance throughout the process, including support in selecting the most suitable wording, layout and overall design direction for your celebration

    • Two rounds of revisions to refine your design and ensure every detail feels just right. This also applies for Print/Ready Files service

    To make the process as smooth and efficient as possible, all feedback is collected in a single consolidated message before each revision round. This allows me to incorporate your vision with precision and ensures we get as close as possible to your ideal result from the very first adjustments.

    1. Select your printing option: choose between print-ready digital files to print on your own, or studio printing services by selecting the quantity of printed pieces you need. (Tip: quantities should be calculated per household, not per guest!)

    2. Submit your details: after adding your selections to your cart, you’ll be prompted to complete a form with all of your wedding details.

    3. Proofing and adjustments: review your polished digital proofs and send me your feedback via email, which will be implemented within 5 business days.

    4. Upgrade your suite: refine the details, and make it feel more personal to you. From finishing touches to meaningful extras, each addition helps you make it truly yours and elevate the overall experience.

      Add-Ons are optional, but highly recommended if you want to tell your own story with more depth, intention, and cohesion across every piece.

    5. Delivery: Once approved via email, print-ready files will be delivered promptly, including a handy-printing guide. Printed stationery will move into production and ship within 2–3 weeks

  • For Semi-Custom Wedding Stationery, you can personalize:

    *Names, date, venue/location & full wording (with etiquette guidance)

    *Typography & envelope colors within the suite palette

  • As a general guideline, Save the Dates are typically sent about 6 months in advance, followed by Invitations around 3 months before the wedding date (or earlier for destination celebrations).

    Once approved, your digital files will be delivered within 1 week. Printed stationery will enter production and be shipped within 3-6 weeks.
